Buyers

T’aaq-wiihak Fisheries are commercial fisheries, so fishers may sell their catch to any business, corporation or person. For legal sale fishers must present a T’aaq-wiihak Landing Slip to the buyer upon sale of the fish. In turn, the buyer should provide the fisher with a sales slip (or receipt) for the transaction.

It is the business of each fisher who they sell their fish to and at what price. Some interested buyers include:
